Posh Arrivals is a Chicago-based black car service catering to high-net-worth individuals and executive clientele. While the service itself met the expectations of a premium market, its digital presence failed to communicate that level of quality.

The Problem

Posh Arrivals operated in one of the most competitive luxury transportation markets in the country. Despite offering a high-end service, their digital presence lacked the structure and consistency required to compete.

The issues were not operational, they were perceptual.

  • Minimal posting frequency (1–2 posts/month)

  • No consistent visual identity

  • No discoverability strategy (hashtags, geotagging)

  • No measurable engagement or lead activity

The Approach

Rather than treating Instagram as a content channel, Framework approached it as a controlled brand system.

We removed all legacy content and rebuilt the account from zero, establishing a consistent visual language aligned with luxury expectations.
